A registered visitor walks up to the entrance; the device matches the visitor’s face. The device logs the `AccessEvent` and actuates the door lock within the specified latency target. For an unknown visitor, the device initiates an outbound session to the tenant’s registered contact with a snapshot; the tenant authorizes remote unlock, and the device records the remote-unlock `AccessEvent`.
